When will I receive the proof?

After the payment, please send the vector artwork of your logo to sales@topmostawards.com. Also we will accept gif, jpg, and pdf files which will incur an extra charge 25 USD for converting these to vector, then please allow 24 hours for the proof to arrive.

If you need them in a hurry, please contact us and we will supply the proof by your requirement. Our goal is to try our best to fit your needs.

What kinds of imprint technology do you provide?

We offer five different imprint options: deep etch, color fill, 3D subsurface engraving, laser engraving and sublimation. The imprint process is determined by the artwork and item you have selected.

Do I have to pay for customization needs?

No. We can custom-make any designs to fit your needs.

Are there any discounts?

For non-profit organizations, we offer an additional 10% discount off our already low prices.

We provide all new customers with our best prices for your first order – and every order!

For long-term customers, we offer additional discounts based on your item details, quantity and engraving request.

Can I order a sample first?

Sure! A Sample can be made for you.

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity?

No MOQ. You can order one of any of our pieces.

For a customized item, the MOQ is determined based on the artwork and item you have selected.

If you have any questions about MOQ, please contact us at any time. We will reply to you promptly.

How long does it take for production?

Please allow 48-72 hours from art approval to shipping.

For bulk orders, the production time is at least 10 working days.

If you have other needs, please let us know and we will try our best to meet them.

How can I track my order?

We supply online tracking for each client order. You can track your order at any time.

What’s the packaging method?

All orders arrive in a master carton. Inside that box is an individual box holding your awards and gifts. Most awards and gifts come in a black gift box. A picture of the gift box can be found on the product details page for each item.

We have our own gift box workshop. If you have specific requirement about the packaging, please contact us directly and we will meet strive to your needs.

What is the Return Policy?

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your pieces. However, on occasion accidents may occur which are out of our control. We must be able to file a claim with the carrier so it is imperative that any damages are reported within 48 hours of receipt.

If you receive damaged awards, we will take care of all costs required to replace your awards free of charge before your event.

Your failure to report damages within 48 hours may nullify our claim with the carrier; therefore charges to you may then apply.
